Robb was an exemplary listing agent. Within days of him listing the house, we had an offer at above our asking price. Our experience with Robb really helped us learn the difference between a good realtor and a bad one. We originally listed our house with a different realtor, who had the listing for four months and only got us a single showing. That realtor did not seem to do anything to market the house, took poor-quality pictures, and did not even list it properly. Four months in, and we were already $20,000 below the floor that the original realtor promised us we would not have to settle for, and he still couldn't get a showing. When we fired our original realtor and hired Robb, he posted the listing at the same price it had been at for a week without a showing. He listed it on Tuesday, had three showings and an open house by the weekend, and got us an offer above our asking price. All this took place while we were in Arizona (we've never even met in person!). Our only mistake in this process was not hiring Robb in the first place.
