Let me start by saying that this was our first home purchase and Robb was the first agent we had ever met in this endeavor. From the moment we met Robb, we knew we were going to like working with him. We were novices with the intricacies involved, but Robb guided us through the process, took care of all the paperwork, negotiations, dealings with the bank, etc., so that we had a very easy time buying our home. By the end of the sale, we considered Robb a good friend, not just our Agent. I could write a "grocery list" of Robb's great attributes, both professional and personal, but it would sound contrived. When you meet Robb, you will know what I now know, that he is a good and kind person.
