I started the search for my first home on 9/4/2024. Within a week, Jennifer gave me 10-15 homes to look at that fit my primary needs. I filtered the list down to five. Three of them already had pending offers, one of them was built in the 50s, and the other was located on the east coast of Florida. This is where Jennifer’s care and expertise really shined. I was not in a position to enter a bid war, fund the renovations and repairs a 1950s home would require, or pay the property taxes and insurance that a home near Florida’s beaches would have. Jennifer was sensitive to my circumstances, and encouraged me to keep looking. A few days later, I found a few homes on my own. Jennifer researched each one promptly, and found them to be cash-only, so those were a no-go. Jennifer expanded the search to surrounding areas and presented some options that were beyond my initial search criteria. She found it! The most adorable 2/2 house I’ve ever seen, recently built, with a big yard. She scheduled a showing, talked me through the pros and cons of the house, and within 2 days I knew it was going to be my new home. We put in an offer that was accepted right away, scheduled inspections, talked through all of the findings, and I closed on 10/4/2024 without a hitch. Honestly, it was a joy ride kind of rollercoaster - enough to get you excited, but not to scare you. I truly appreciated Jennifer’s approach of being the voice of reason while still being sensitive to my wants and needs. I came out of this feeling incredible, and I highly recommend her service. Without doubt, I’ll be contacting her when it’s time to sell and find the next one! I can’t recommend her enough!
