I live out of town and wanted a winter home in Florida. I was very specific about what I wanted and cost. I tried contacting other realtors but either they did not get back to me or would write back telling me they did not have anything in my price range or what I wanted. A stranger recommended Robb. Robb is great. He listened to what I wanted and sent me pictures of homes I could afford. Because I was not in town for long he cleared his schedule so he could take me out to see homes in the area.
