Compassionate agent Jennifer Leeds was quite possibly the most compassionate realtor I have experienced. The sale of my father’s farm was emotionally difficult for me and Jennifer was there to answer questions and help guide us every step of the way. Our sale was unique and very quick due to several circumstances even with hoops and hurdles along the way. I feel she went over and above to accommodate us. I cannot recommend anyone more than Jennifer.

Jennifer was transparent, kind, professional and stood with us every step of the way! My father recently passed away and my sister and I found ourselves needing to sell his home. Jennifer was understanding of the emotion we felt and treated us with kindness and met us with patience. We hit a snag with the appraiser and she had our backs and professionally made sure we had the best representation out there! It was an absolute pleasure working with Jennifer! I started the search for my first home on 9/4/2024. Within a week, Jennifer gave me 10-15 homes to look at that fit my primary needs. I filtered the list down to five. Three of them already had pending offers, one of them was built in the 50s, and the other was located on the east coast of Florida. This is where Jennifer’s care and expertise really shined. I was not in a position to enter a bid war, fund the renovations and repairs a 1950s home would require, or pay the property taxes and insurance that a home near Florida’s beaches would have. Jennifer was sensitive to my circumstances, and encouraged me to keep looking. A few days later, I found a few homes on my own. Jennifer researched each one promptly, and found them to be cash-only, so those were a no-go. Jennifer expanded the search to surrounding areas and presented some options that were beyond my initial search criteria. She found it! The most adorable 2/2 house I’ve ever seen, recently built, with a big yard. She scheduled a showing, talked me through the pros and cons of the house, and within 2 days I knew it was going to be my new home. We put in an offer that was accepted right away, scheduled inspections, talked through all of the findings, and I closed on 10/4/2024 without a hitch. Honestly, it was a joy ride kind of rollercoaster - enough to get you excited, but not to scare you. I truly appreciated Jennifer’s approach of being the voice of reason while still being sensitive to my wants and needs. I came out of this feeling incredible, and I highly recommend her service. Without doubt, I’ll be contacting her when it’s time to sell and find the next one! I can’t recommend her enough!

I have used multiple realtors in the past but Jennifer Leeds is by far the best realtor I have had the pleasure of working with. Robb was an exemplary listing agent. Within days of him listing the house, we had an offer at above our asking price. Our experience with Robb really helped us learn the difference between a good realtor and a bad one. We originally listed our house with a different realtor, who had the listing for four months and only got us a single showing. That realtor did not seem to do anything to market the house, took poor-quality pictures, and did not even list it properly. Four months in, and we were already $20,000 below the floor that the original realtor promised us we would not have to settle for, and he still couldn't get a showing. When we fired our original realtor and hired Robb, he posted the listing at the same price it had been at for a week without a showing. He listed it on Tuesday, had three showings and an open house by the weekend, and got us an offer above our asking price. All this took place while we were in Arizona (we've never even met in person!). Our only mistake in this process was not hiring Robb in the first place. Had we done so, we'd probably be $50,000 richer and would have avoided four months of financial stress. Don't make our mistake. If you're selling your house, give Robb the listing because he will put in the effort to get it sold and get you the best price possible.
