I live out of town and wanted a winter home in Florida. I was very specific about what I wanted and cost. I tried contacting other realtors but either they did not get back to me or would write back telling me they did not have anything in my price range or what I wanted. A stranger recommended Robb. Robb is great. He listened to what I wanted and sent me pictures of homes I could afford. Because I was not in town for long he cleared his schedule so he could take me out to see homes in the area. He was amenable to whatever I decided. Buying any kind of real estate and spending that kind of money can be daunting. Robb understood that. I highly recommend him!

Let me start by saying that this was our first home purchase and Robb was the first agent we had ever met in this endeavor.
